What we'll cover
The cheapest plan on the screen is rarely the cheapest plan once you actually go to a doctor. We start with how you and your family actually use care: which doctors you see, which prescriptions you take, how often you go to specialists, whether anyone in the household is managing a chronic condition.
From there, we look at the options. What the network really covers, what your real out-of-pocket exposure is, what subsidies you may qualify for, and where the surprise bills tend to come from.

What the engagement looks like
- The first call. Thirty minutes. We map your real usage: doctors, medications, plans you've been quoted, and any upcoming changes (a new baby, a job change, an aging parent).
- A written summary. A short comparison of the options that fit your situation, with the real numbers, what's covered, and what isn't.
- Enrollment, if you'd like it. If you decide to move forward, we walk you through enrollment and answer questions after you've signed up.
- An annual review. Open enrollment is once a year. We'll check in then, and any time something changes mid-year that triggers a special enrollment window.
What we won't do
We won't recommend a plan because it pays us better. We won't tell you a plan is great if your doctor isn't in the network. We won't push supplemental products you don't need. The goal is to match your coverage to your actual life, not to add lines on a worksheet.
